June 13, 16, The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has received proposed technical criteria from the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), entitled, TIA-968-B-3, Telecommunications – Telephone Terminal Equipment – Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network - Addendum 3. TIA is an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited standards developer.
