Effective January 2021, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) approved Version 6.0 of ACTA Operating Principles & Procedures (OP&P). This document supersedes all previous versions.
PN-20-02: 2021 Responsible Party Code (RPC) Data Validation Program: Including Stabilized Maintenance Option

The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) announces that the Responsible Parties may now validate their Responsible Party Code (RPC) data for the 2021 calendar year. The established fee for RPC Data Validation is $125.00. A discounted rate of $95.00 will be in effect from December 8, 2020, through February 9, 2021. RPC Data are required to be validated on an annual basis.
