PN 21-02: ACTA Launches New Website and Online Filing System

In May 2021, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) launched a new website and filing system, which can be found at the same location as the previous website and filing system: https://part68.org. All previous user login information has been migrated to the new website.

Effective January 2021, the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) approved Version 6.0 of ACTA Operating Principles & Procedures (OP&P). This document supersedes all previous versions.
PN-20-02: 2021 Responsible Party Code (RPC) Data Validation Program: Including Stabilized Maintenance Option

The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) announces that the Responsible Parties may now validate their Responsible Party Code (RPC) data for the 2021 calendar year. The established fee for RPC Data Validation is $125.00. A discounted rate of $95.00 will be in effect from December 8, 2020, through February 9, 2021. RPC Data are required to be validated on an annual basis.
