The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has adopted technical criteria from American National Standards Institute ("ANSI") accredited standards developer the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) entitled, TIA-168-B: Telecommunications Telephone Terminal Equipment Labeling Requirements.

Effective today, May 1, 2008 the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has adjusted its fee for processing Telephone Terminal Equipment (TTE) information submitted for inclusion in the Part 68 database to $425.00 per submission.
