The Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has adopted technical criteria from American National Standards Institute ("ANSI") accredited standards developer the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) entitled, TIA-968-B: Telecommunications Telephone Terminal Equipment Technical Requirements for Connection of Terminal Equipment to the Telephone Network.

Effective today, July 15, 2009 the Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments (ACTA) has adjusted its fee for processing Telephone Terminal Equipment (TTE) information submitted for inclusion in the Part 68 database to $525.00 per submission.
